Caracol Belize
The Caracol Belize Mayan ruins date back to 1200 BC! This incredible temple site dates back as early as 1200BC. This temple experience features three large plazas surrounding a central acropolis, two ball courts, and several smaller structures. The highest temple, the impressive Caana Temple at Caracol Belize stands over 140feet from the jungle floor.
On the way back to San Ignacio enjoy a swim stop at Rio On Pools. This makes for a refreshing end to a fantastic day!
