Deposit / Payment Requirement:
• 50 % Deposit or Full Payment required to confirm reservations
• Final Balance payable prior to tour departure
• Itinerary and rate are not guaranteed until reservations are confirmed with payment

Cancellation Policy:
• Full refund in the event we cancel your tour due to adverse weather or other conditions
• Full refund on cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance
• No refunds will be given for “no-shows”
• No refunds are given for any unused portion of the tour
• No refunds on deposits made if the final payment is not received and your tour is then cancelled by us
