Two-bedroom Villas
The two bedroom villas are located directly at the shoreline. Wake up each day to swaying palms and an uninterrupted view of the Caribbean. Each villa features a unique design.  Two bedroom villas sleep four persons, including children.

Villa Amber: 2 bath (2 Ensuite), 2200 Sq. Ft., Beachfront:  Villa Amber features a wide deck at the entry along with two screened porches facing the ocean off each bedroom. The interior is contemporary yet flavored with a Moroccan flair.  Villa Amber is designed with native non-endangered materials such as mahogany floors, artisan crafted furniture and more. Mexican tiles of a modern design are featured in each of the two bathrooms. Your front yard is white sugar sand and turquoise blue water.  2 bedroom -

Villa Emerald: 2 bedroom - 2 bath (2 Ensuite), 2200 Sq. Ft., Beachfront, Pool:  Villa Emerald is a charming two bedroom offering an open living room with beamed ceilings, a well-equipped kitchen, tile flooring throughout and two screened porches that open to the ocean.  The master bedroom offers a king size bed and has a colorful ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower. The guest bedroom also has its own bathroom and in addition it opens to a screened-in porch with a hand-woven hammock.  Villa Emerald is tastefully decorated with local artwork and furnished with antiques and indigenous materials including rosewood on the entryways and windows and Mexican tile floors throughout keeping it cool and inviting. Relax on the expansive deck as you watch a quiet sun rise from the Caribbean Sea.

Villa Sapphire: 2 bedroom - 2 bath (2 Ensuite), Beachfront, Pool:  With hints of Mayan design throughout, Villa Sapphire boasts Diego Rivera tile work at the front entrance of this unique villa. It offers a spacious yet intimate atmosphere with two bedrooms. Mexican tile work is beautifully installed in both bathrooms and the kitchen.  Screened-in porches are connected to each of the bedrooms which also each have their own private baths. There is a fully-equipped kitchen that joins the very open living room.  All custom furnished and elegantly designed. With a deck that runs the length of the villa itself, you are never far from the calm Caribbean waves. A peaceful and inviting place to let the gentle ocean breezes melt your worries away.

Villa Sand: 2 bedroom - 2 bath (2 Ensuite), 2200 Sq. Ft., Beachfront, Pool:  Villa Sand is designed using native non-endangered materials for dark mahogany floors and hand hewn walls in a open 2 bedroom 2 bath layout. The villa is a single story modern building with fine finishes, thatched porches and high mahogany ceilings in the local style.  Villa Sand features a wide wooden deck at the entry along with two screened porches facing the ocean off each bedroom. Decor is rustic/modern with authentic Guatemalan antiques, artisan crafted wooden tables and artworks. Villa Sand features a unique driftwood art piece and handmade lampshades using linen paper on a natural wood base. Furnishings and linens are tasteful and classic using light-toned linen, cotton and canvas fabrics suited to the casual Latin - Caribbean beach environment. Bedrooms are air conditioned.  Each large bath has warm toned rustic terrazzo floors, hand painted walls and hand crafted mexican tile. Both baths have tiled walk in showers, indigenous antiques and custom standing wooden sinks. Each bath has a window looking out on palms and sand.  Villa Sand has been designed, constructed and furnished with an aritist's eye and keen attention to detail.  You will enjoy this relaxing and unique home.  Your front yard is white sugar sand and turquoise blue water.

Three Bedroom
Villa Topaz: 3 bedroom, up to six people including children - 3.5 bath (3 Ensuite), Beachfront, Pool:  Topaz is a spectacular three story villa, surrounded with palm trees and a magnificent stretch of sandy beach looking at the turquoise Caribbean Sea between the Barrier Reef and the lagoon. From the pearly white sand only a few steps will lead you to a beautiful wooden verandah and to the main entrance of the spectacular TV room. There is a Sony 42" flat screen TV, a large and comfortable sofa, and a jacuzzi for two facing your favourite movies. The walls are hand painted giving a warm ambience to this room. There is also a gorgeous powder room adjoining this room.  To the left of the TV room is the Greek bedroom, ideal for teens or kids (one double and one single bed). There is also a charming full bathroom. The washing machine is found in the utility room at the back of the villa.  A dramatic Mexican staircase will bring you to the next level.  On the second floor, the double mahogany doors bring you to the living room and kitchen. There you will find a leather sofa, ottoman, lounge chair, large antique coffee table and buffet. The kitchen counters have beautiful Mexican tiles, along with a stainless steel stove and refrigerator and an 18th century wooden dining table that seats 10 people.  To the left of the living room a big opening framed by two antique hacienda columns leads into the family room, which is furnished with a built-in sofa with the finest Guatemalan fabric, a beautiful coffee table and an adjoining enclosed verandah with an Indonesian seating area over looking the tropical pool. At the end of the room is the studio with an amazing 600 pounds stone desk.  To the right of the living room, the master bedroom will fascinate you. Wood beam ceilings, mahogany custom king bed, antique armoire, a built-in closet and enclosed verandah with hammock. The very spacious bathroom has double hand painted sinks, a big shower and large ottoman to relax on.  On the Third floor, from the living room a beautiful mahogany spiral staircase will get you to the gigantic master bedroom. There you will find a big walk-in closet, a king sized bed from Indonesia, and an antique desk and chair. The bathroom has a huge shower and handmade tiles and sink from Mexico.  Separate access is available to the two stunning sun bathing bed terraces, with their breathtaking view to the Caribbean Sea and reef, as well as the outstanding sunsets over the lagoon.

Four Bedroom
Villa Amethyst: 4 bedroom -4 bath (4 Ensuite), Beachfront, Pool:  Amethyst Villa has a distinctively Moroccan style and features a "bird's nest" master suite on the villa's third level with a master bath, "his" and "her" sun decks and stunning ocean views.  Two bedrooms on the main level each feature their own private bathroom and screened lounging area for relaxing on beautifully woven indoor hammocks.  The ground floor features a large family room, cable television, another private bath and comfortably sleeps four people.  The villa offers all the comforts of home including a large open-flow living room and full kitchen with an oven and microwave, as well as a large deck and grill for memorable outdoor entertaining.  This villa represents a perfect retreat, and yet your "home away from home".

Five Bedroom
Villa Opal: 5 bedroom, sleeps up to 10 people including children - 4 bath (4 Ensuite), Beachfront, Pool: Villa Opal is a luxuriously furnished 5 bedroom 4 bathroom villa on two levels which include two large decks and two screened in porches. Upstairs, the modern gourmet kitchen opens onto the main living room, tastefully decorated and elegantly furnished.  Off the living room is the master suite with king size bed, ensuite and screened in porch which includes a hand-woven hammock to enjoy the balmy ocean breezes. Also off the main living room is a formal dining room which seats 10 people and splits off into a screened in porch, an ideal spot for cocktails before dinner, and a second bedroom with a double bed, and ensuite complete with a claw foot bathtub.  From the living room you also have access to the deck complete with barbecue, outdoor eat-in dining area and lounge chairs.You have a wonderful view of the swimming pool and the ocean from this deck.  Downstairs opens up to a huge family room complete with pool table and entertainment living room with large screen TV and access to deck. The deck features a double swing chair and an outdoor shower.  Just off of this family room is guest bedroom number three with a queen size bed with an adjoining ensuite. On the other side of the living room is guest bedroom number 4 and 5. Guest bedroom number 4 is equipped with a single bed and a double bed, it connects to an ensuite that then connects to the fifth bedroom equipped with a double bed. These rooms are ideal for children or young families travelling with caregivers.  To the rear of the living room is the utility room.

Villa Pearl: 5 bedroom - 5.5 bath (5 Ensuite), Beachfront, Pool:  Villa Pearl is the largest of our accommodations at La Perla with three levels, four large outdoor patios and five bedrooms. It is custom designed with lavish island comfort in mind and artfully painted walls.  All of the bedrooms have private bathrooms designed with beautiful Mexican tile and spacious showers. The villa offers a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. There are three private patios and two screened in porches that include a hand-woven hammock to enjoy the balmy ocean breezes.  Off the main living room there is a formal dining room perfect for entertaining up to twelve people. There are two large upper decks for a full few of the sea and of the lagoon on the other side, so you can watch the sun rise in the morning and then watch it set in the evening.  Luxury is evident throughout the Villa Pearl distinctively exhibiting local art and Guatemalan design using indigenous materials combined with tasteful furnishings.  Villa Pearl offers all the privacy and comfort a large group needs, right in the heart of island pleasures. Villa Ruby: 5 bedroom - 5.5 bath (5 Ensuite), Beachfront, Pool:  Influences of Mayan design define this three level 5 bedroom villa. Highlighted are the indigenous materials throughout from the remarkable tilework bathroom countertops to the stunning hardwood mahogany floors. All of the bedrooms have private bathrooms while the master suite boasts a king size bed and access to two private patios.  The main living room is spacious and open with a gourmet fully-equipped kitchen. An eclectic dining room adds to the festive environment with seating for ten. A hand-woven hammock awaits you in one of the screen-in porches situated within earshot of the gentle Caribbean waves. One of the best features in this villa is the jacuzzi that is located in the downstairs entertainment room, complete with a sofa and wide screen TV.  There are four patios built for entertaining with wrap around booths on the largest or simply relaxing in the sun on the deck chairs. There are examples of local art and simple elegant design features throughout giving the overall feeling of luxury on the sand.
