St. George's Dining Room and the Stonegrill Restaurant are great places to enjoy a delicious, elegant meal. Or, if you're craving a light snack, try Le Petit Cafe. Our cuisine rivals any that is served in other Belize resorts. When evening falls, the Baymen's Tavern and Poolside Bar offer your favorite beverages and great live music and entertainment. We're one of the few hotels in Belize City that offers such an exciting dining experience.

Baymen's Tavern:  For a relaxing cocktail or after-dinner drink, stop by the Baymen's Tavern, a favorite meeting place offering daily live entertainment. Sip on an exotic island delight or your favorite refreshment. Enjoy famous local beer in an air-conditioned, cozy setting. If you want to be outdoors, relax on our open-air deck overlooking the garden, pool and Caribbean Sea. Light meals and a kids' menu are available.

Le Petit Cafe:  Baked goods and pastries from our bakery, natural fruit juices, hot and cold beverages and other light menu items are offered at Le Petit Cafe. Sit on our open-air patio with a friend (or a book) and enjoy.

The Poolside Bar:  Weekends come alive at the Poolside Bar with Belize's best happy hour on Friday nights from 5pm-9pm. Discounted drinks are featured, along with a free, delicious snack with each round of drinks ordered. Popular Caribbean and international music set the mood.

St. George's Dining Room:  Enjoy delicious seafood specialties and sumptuous local and international cuisine in our tropically themed, full-service Belize resort's restaurant known for its delicious food and great atmosphere.
We offer a great lunch buffet every weekday, feature a variety of specials and create special themed buffets on weekends. We are also proud to feature American favorites and a kids' menu. Our fine wines and special buffets and/or menus are perfect for holiday gatherings and other occasions.

Stonegrill Restaurant:  Try our poolside Stonegrill Restaurant for a unique and healthy dining experience that you won't find at other Belize resorts. Meals are served cooking at the table on super-heated, natural volcanic stones. This concept uses no added fats or oils, sears the food without burning it and locks in the full flavor and tenderness of every dish.

 

Accommodations

Club Tower Rooms:  Each of these deluxe rooms in our Belize lodging feature a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea. Elegant and spacious, they offer in-room safes, marble floors and fine dark wood furniture.

Colonial Wing Rooms: Three floors of tastefully appointed rooms (first-floor rooms feature balconies) have a beautiful view of the Radisson garden and/or the Caribbean Sea. These rooms are located near our Belize hotel's main lobby.

Villa Wing Rooms:  These beautiful rooms (most with balcony) are located on the Villa Wing and offer a partial view of the Caribbean Sea or the swimming pool area. They feature hand-crafted Belizean-made Mahogany furniture and rocking chairs. A covered walkway links this wing to the main reception area.
